WHAT DOES THE ANNUAL FUND SUPPORT?
The Annual Fund is a source of unrestricted funding that comprises ten percent of the annual operating budget. The Annual Fund makes up the difference between the cost of tuition and the actual expense of sending a student to school - a gap of $3,800.
WHY IS GIVING ANNUAL SO IMPORTANT?
Your annual gift provides vital support to the immediate operating budget and helps to ensure that teachers, students, programs, activities, athletics, arts get the funds they need to provide the best Burroughs experience of the highest quality while maintaining a balanced budget.
WHEN IS BURROUGHS' FISCAL YEAR?
Burroughs' fiscal year runs July 1 through June 30.
WILL MY EMPLOYER MATCH MY GIFT?
Gift matching is an easy way to increase the value of your charitable gift through your employer. The impact to Burroughs may be doubled or possibly tripled! If you or your spouse work for a matching gift company, please request a matching gift form from your company’s coordinator and enclose it with your gift.
CAN I DESIGNATE MY GIFT SOMEWHERE ELSE ON CAMPUS?
There are many ways to financially support students, faculty and staff at Burroughs. Giving opportunities through the endowment, scholarships, special funds and facilities can be found on our website.
WHAT ARE THE WAYS TO GIVE?
It's easy to give online through this giving platform but you can also consider a gift in other ways:
